220mls I first made this mix for myself when I was studying with the wonderful Dorothy Hall. I had a one year old son that didn't sleep well. I was attending night school at Dorothy's college in Rozelle and doing my homework or revising notes between 11p.m. and 3 a.m. This mix improves circulation for the whole body and supports kidney energy (qi ) and liver strength. It also helps oxygenate the blood.
