lemon balm

Lemon balm is dry, cold, astringent, sour and a bit bitter. The medicinal actions of lemon balm are: anti-depressant, anti-spasmodic, anti-histamine, anti-viral, anti-basterial, anti-stress, anti-flatulent, febrifuge (resolves fevers), mild tranquilliser, nerve relaxant, heart restorer.

In my creams it calms and restores the nerves and tiny blood vessels of the skin, hydrates the layers of skin tissue, and smells gorgeous.
