parsley

Parsley seeds are pungent, bitter, neutral and dry, relaxing, decongesting and stimulating. They contain high levels of beta-carotene, vitamin C and protein (20%). Medicinal actions are: anti-microbial, snit-spasmodic, anti-rheumatic, brain tonic, diuretic, carminative, expectorant, gastric tonic and uterine stimulant.

In my creams it reduces fluidy swellings and bruising. The vitamin C, beta carotene and protein are known for skin and connective tissue restoring actions. They stimulate the area to make new healthy cells to replace the damaged ones and this speeds up healing.
