lady's mantle

Lady’s Mantle is cold, dry and a bit bitter. It’s actions are astringent and haemostatic (stops bleeding), calming, restoring, decongesting and stabilizing. Nicholas Culpeper, in his Colour Herbal, says of Lady’s Mantle, “When drank and outwardly applied, it helps women who have over-flagging breasts, causing them to grow less and be hard.”

In my creams it promotes tissue repair, reduces inflammation, dissolves deposits, drains fluidy congestion, cools the blood, clears heat, tones and tightens.
