60gm. I started making hypericum oil in the early 90s – collecting the fresh flowers in the wild. Taking a picnic and walking and soaking up fresh air – I still love doing it. It is such a powerful healing oil, I began to use it in all my creams and adding it to all new designs.

In 2000 one of my favourite long term clients had developed severe back pain and couldn’t sleep. I insisted on spinal Xrays and the Dr insisted on a bone density test. Calcium deposits, or spurs, could be seen on the ends of bones in three spinal process junctions. So the spurs (deposits) were pressing on nerves in the spine. Osteo-arthritis.

I made her this cream designed to dissolve the deposits, restore the muscles, ligaments and fluid inside the joints, and to strengthen the thinning bones. She used the cream each night and got pain relief enough to sleep. After six months of applying it every night she only remembered to apply it 2 or 3 x a week. After a year she applied 1 or 2 x fortnightly. After 18 months she was forgetting it for weeks.

I suggested another X ray and bone density scan – and we saw clearly there were no spurs left and her bones were stronger. So this cream has now been used successfully by many clients with arthritic problems in any joint.
